This track will be hosted by the Institute of Educational Leadership at the University of Jyväskylä (KAJO).
Thursday’s school visit includes visits to a day-care centre, a comprehensive and general upper secondary school as well as the vocational college, looking into their educational leadership arrangements. On Friday, the KAJO workshop will share participants’ educational leadership observations, trying to connect what educational leadership looks like in Finland today and how the KAJO project is attempting to develop it. Finnish lunches and coffee are also included in the track.
The guided visit and workshop are provided by the KAJO team: Mika Risku and Eija Hanhimäki, JYU, and Jari Kalavainen and Ari Hyyryläinen, JAMK.
